The doctor will also observe the child’s behavior in various situations to monitor the child’s development and may ask the parents whether the behavior is normal. The doctor may conduct additional tests if the child has a specific medical history, including

MRI testing

It is a way to help examine the part of the brain that has a problem. Doctors will use this method if they find that the child’s brain has characteristics that are different from the normal brain structure.

Stimulating the development of people with autism

Help by holding hands to practice doing activities that children want to do by themselves to increase their confidence.

Teach children how to conduct themselves and approach others.

Teach communication skills, such as gestures or symbols, to help children understand what they are trying to communicate.

Have a clear schedule and daily routine to help children feel secure, consistent and safe.

Teach children to know themselves and their family members, to differentiate between different individuals and to gain their trust.
